The American Criminal Law Review is the nation’s premier journal of criminal law. ACLR seeks to serve the criminal law community by providing a forum for the best scholarship in the field. ACLR especially strives to provide information and ideas that are useful to criminal law practitioners.
ACLR publishes three issues a year containing articles and notes from leading criminal law scholars. It also publishes the Annual Survey of White Collar Crime, the definitive reference work for white collar practitioners. Every other year, ACLR also hosts a symposium bringing together professors, practitioners, and students to discuss contemporary issues in criminal law. In 2010, ACLR launched its online publication, providing yet another forum for criminal law scholarship. In 2016, ACLR began publishing its online content on Westlaw and Lexis.
